Grown deep in the Nicaraguan rain forest, this organic, fair trade coffee features bright citrus flavours and herbal notes. Grown with care by a cooperative comprised of small-scale coffee farmers in the Segovia region of Northern Nicaragua, and roasted and packed fresh every week in Christchurch, New Zealand. Available in medium grind for plunger or filter brewing methods.
Once opened, store in an air tight container in a cool dry place.

PRODECOOP
Small-scale coffee farmers in northern Nicaragua gain power through their unified voice and efforts in the fair trade co-operative, PRODECOOP. Coffee farmers work to gain maximum value for their organic fair trade coffee through investment, trainings and coffee tree renovation initiatives. They also run an active social programme to address challenges faced by their communities such as food security and the protection of traditional foods.
