PRODECOOP (Promotora de Desarrollo Cooperativo de las Segovias) is a co-operative of small-scale coffee farmers in northern Nicaragua. As well as securing higher coffee prices for its members, it also supports coffee tree renovation initiatives and its active social programme helps address the many challenges its members face, such as food security and protection of traditional foods.
