Shipping Rates for retail customers

Orders for our retail customers over $100 are freight free*

* This shipping rate applies for retail customers. Orders $100 and over that have large or heavy items may require a freight charge. We will advise by email or phone after you have placed your order if a higher delivery charge is required. We will not send the goods without your approval of this higher rate.

We have a flat shipping rate of $7.50 for orders under $100*

Christchurch and greater Christchurch

Freight charges are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, this covers all handling and delivery charges. All of our orders are sent via courier to valid New Zealand addresses. We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes or Private Boxes.

We support delivery of all of our products anywhere in New Zealand; however some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. We do not deliver outside New Zealand; however orders may still be placed from overseas with a New Zealand delivery address.

Shipping Rates for Wholesale web customers

For wholesale orders, our delivery charges for orders less than $150 are set at a standard price to cover the majority of purchases. We operate this as a simple cost recovery exercise. Our freight and handling cost for these purchases is a simple $6.50+GST. For orders over $150 a calculated freight amount is added to your order which is 4.5% of the sub-total amount before GST. Freight charges are added to your order before you make payment and are visible during the checkout process.

Higher charges will apply for large/heavy items and also for deliveries to rural and remote areas. We will advise you by phone or email when you place your order if a higher delivery charge is required. We will not send the goods without your approval of this higher rate.

The delivery company used is dependent on your delivery location and the size of the items ordered. Under normal circumstances your order will be despatched within 2 days and arrive within a week. Please note that your order may be sent in more than one parcel. If only one has arrived and you expect more do not sign as received, add STI (subject to inspection) with your signature to show you do not know if it is all there. Dispatch and delivery days are Monday to Friday.
