Credit references

All new wholesale customers begin on a cash account. We do still require at least one trade reference so we can verify basic credit information.
If you are a new, start-up business without any trade references, please call or email customerservice@tradeaid.org.nz.
If you’d like to be set up with a credit account, please email customerservice@tradeaid.org.nz once you’ve submitted this application, and our team will guide you through the next steps of the credit account process.
