Oxfam Trailwalker 2020
Every year we are proud to support our friends at Oxfam NZ in their efforts to raise much-needed funds with the Oxfam Trailwalker Event, happening in the beautiful Whakatane region, March 2020.
As the events official chocolate fundraising partner, we hope to encourage many of the participants to raise their funds by selling our fundraising chocolate. This is the delicious Trade Aid organic, fair trade chocolate that we all know and love, made available to community groups, schools and charity events through our fundraising programme. And for a limited time our Dark Raspberry and Caramel Crunch 100g size blocks are also available for Oxfam Trailwalker fundraising, along with the usual 50g bars – all made right here in New Zealand. It’s the good way to fundraise!
The Oxfam Trailwalker involves teams of four walking or running across 50km or 100km of breath-taking Whakatāne terrain. A key feature of the event is that it’s not a relay. As a team, participants support each other every step of the way as they raise vital funds for Oxfam’s development work in the Pacific. The Trailwalker event is now part of an international series, raising more than $190 million globally and is one of the most fulfilling, challenging experiences you may face in a lifetime!
If you are a Trailwalker event participant and you would like to sell our fundraising chocolate, you can order using our printable form here, also available through the Oxfam Trailwalker website.
