This lovely small basket is handwoven over a metal frame and then embroidered with raffia fibre. Raffia is a strong and slightly stretchy fibre from the rib of the palm frond. Hand crafted by skilled artisans working with Community Crafts Association of the Philippines (CCAP), our fair trade partner in The Philippines.
