This vibrant basket with handles is handmade from kaisa grass and jute thread, the outside is covered with deep claret jute fibre. Baskets are commonly made from kaisa because of the sturdy nature of the grass, making these baskets robust enough for everyday use. Hand crafted by skilled weavers working with Dhaka Handicrafts, one of our fair trade partners in Bangladesh.
