Women producers in Northern Bangladesh are invested in working together to create the successful business of Saidpur Enterprises. The hybrid working culture enables women to handcraft products from their homes whilst also participating in the vibrant production centre. Profits are distributed as annual dividends and twice yearly bonuses, and producers steer their own fortunes by electing a management committee to help make business and policy decisions.
