Frankincense essential oil has an sweet aroma and is known for its calming effect on the mind and emotions, aiding in meditation and enhancing spiritual awareness.
Essential oils can be used in oil burners, spas and baths or in massage.
Blends well with: Basil, Geranium and Sandalwood.

How to use:
For use in burners: Add 5 to 10 drops of essential oil to water in the burners bowl. Light a tealight candle underneath bowl. Do not leave unattended or burn for more than 20 minutes.
For use on skin/massage: blend with a good quality carrier oil (e.g. flax oil) to use on skin. Do not use in conjunction with homeopathic remedies.
Caution: Not food safe, toxic if taken internally. Oils may cause skin irritation and should never be applied undiluted to the skin or used near the eyes, therefore only use for a few days at a time. Do not use on babies or small children. Not advisable in early pregnancy or if you have high blood pressure or epilepsy. Oils should be stored in a cool dry place, out of reach of children.
