This beautiful rectangular tray is handwoven from kaisa grass wrapped with natural and small amounts of vibrantly coloured date palm leaf. Baskets are commonly made from kaisa because of the sturdy nature of the grass, making these baskets robust enough for everyday use. Handmade by skilled artisans working with Dhaka Handicrafts, one of our fair trade partners in Bangladesh.
