This beautiful blue ceramic bowl has an exquisite lotus design which has been cut out of the clay before firing. We also stock this design in a teacup. Handmade by skilled artisans working with Y-Development, one of our fair trade partners in Thailand.

Y-Development, part of the YMCA, develops and exports handcrafts produced by both rural and urban artisans in northern Thailand. Most of the 500 producers are women working towards financial independence, and they are supported to reach their goals through fair trading practices.
