On January 27th, 2017 we issued a voluntary recall notice for a small number of products, including a model of flute, because lead was detected in the paint. While we are grateful to have received a number of returns, we are not satisfied that enough have been returned and are keen to account for a greater proportion of those sold.
We are issuing this second notice in the hope that some customers who may have missed the first announcement may be made aware of the situation.
Please see full details of this product recall below.
We would like to hear from you if you've seen the notice but have disposed of the product yourself rather than through the returns and refund process as outlined in the first recall.
Additionally we'd like to hear from you if you saw the notice, had purchased one of these products as a gift and have passed on the recall notice to the recipient.
Please drop us a line by email email@example.com, or free-phone 0508 872 332.
Thank you for your attention and assistance in dealing with this unfortunate situation.
