We need people like you! Over the years, tens of thousands of volunteers have generously contributed their time and energy to Trade Aid. This contribution helps to support Trade Aid’s work with our talented producers around the world.

You can volunteer at Trade Aid in a variety of ways:

  • As a retail volunteer in one of our many shops
  • As an educator speaking to community groups, schools and more
  • As a trustee involved in the governance of a shop trust
  • By volunteering in our Christchurch based warehouse or office

We have a network of shops throughout the country and they all run with the help of volunteers. Not every shop, committee or trust has vacancies, but many do.

Please check out the list of current volunteer positions below or alternatively if you are interested in learning more about volunteer positions in your community please phone or email your local shop.

If you are interested in volunteering at our Christchurch based warehouse or office, please fill in our enquiry form and we will be in touch.
