STEP ONE: PLANNING
Download a copy of the catalogue and our "how-to planning guide" to take to your next fundraising meeting and get your school or club fundraisers enthused.

Once you have decided to fundraise with Trade Aid, fill out the application form above to open a fundraising account and receive your catalogues, or contact us on: 0508 TRADE AID or email: customerservice@tradeaid.org.nz. Tell us how many catalogues you will need and when you want them - please provide us with advance warning so we can ensure we have all the catalogues available in time.

STEP TWO: PROMOTING YOUR FUNDRAISER
- Download a template letter to parents or modify this for you next newsletter, email, assembly or for your next gathering.
- Send out fundraising catalogues
- Send out Individual order sheet (one needed for each fundraiser). Prices valid until September 30th, 2010

STEP THREE: COLLECT THE ORDERS
- Hand out or send a fundraising catalogue to fundraisers to collect orders from family and friends.
- Give your fundraisers a set period (2 - 3 weeks) to fill out the catalogue, take it to their family and workplace and collect the payment.
- Provide them with a reminder to get orders back if necessary
STEP FOUR: PLACE YOUR ORDERS!

STEP FIVE: DISTRIBUTE YOUR ORDERS
- We will process the order and send the product out to the address you supply - make sure you write on your order form how many people have placed an order and we can provide you with FREE paper bags and congratulations' fliers for each order.
- You organise a group of people to pack up the products according to the orders and notify members to arrange for collection.
