Freight and handling charges
Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order before you make your payment. At present, our delivery charges are set at a standard price to cover the majority of purchases. We operate this as a simple cost recovery exercise. Our freight and handling cost for most purchases is a simple $6.50 charge.
Higher charges will apply for large/heavy items and also for deliveries to some rural and remote areas. We will advise you by email when you place your order if a higher delivery charge is required. We will not send the goods without your approval of this higher rate.
Freight charges are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, cover packaging and delivery.
Delivery
The delivery company used is dependent on your delivery location and the size of the items ordered. Under normal circumstances your order will be despatched within 2 days and arrive within a week. Please note that your order may be sent in more than one parcel. Dispatch and delivery days are Monday to Friday.
We support delivery of all of our products anywhere in New Zealand; however some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. If this is the case for your area we will notify you of this prior to processing your order. We do not deliver outside New Zealand; however orders may still be placed from overseas with a New Zealand delivery address.
All of our orders are sent via courier. We can not deliver to Post Office Boxes or Private Boxes.
Christmas Delivery: All orders must be placed by Friday 16th December (2011) in order to be recieved in time for Christmas.
