Trade Aid is a unique New Zealand based fair trade organisation. We use trade to improve the lives of the world's most disadvantaged producers, by buying and selling their products, telling their stories and speaking out for greater justice in world trade.


The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Product Manager (Food). This will include the management of policies and procedures to ensure Trade Aid meets all compliance and regulatory requirements for its food operations and packaging range, response to routine enquiries relating to food products, and performance of regular stock management tasks.

Strong oganisational and numeracy skills along with an administrative background are sought. Previous experience in compliance for commodity items will be an advantage.

Preference will be given to applicants who are able to demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken Spanish.
